Diamonds are used diversely in industries for several processes besides employing them for making jewelry. No doubt, all the devices mentioned above are of great industrial use; however, some disadvantages are also there. A crush roll cannot be adjusted as per requirement. It is needed to be replaced every time the cutting profile is changed.

Besides this, diamond grit is also used for precise application when any tool is needed to be dressed specifically. Grits play an important role to determine the number of carats a diamond has. The fine the carat is, the more the number of carats are there in the diamond. Moreover, grits can improve the sharpening abilities of different tools. Hence, it is generally preferred over other devices. Moreover, any cut from such a devices is free from visible impurities or errors. Such devices have good strength and thermal capacity.
